2. About More Good Together
More Good Together provides software tools for nonprofit and mission-driven organizations. The platform may include CRM, donor management, volunteer management, program management, campaign management, event management, donation pages, forms, email communication, SMS communication, file management, reporting, tasks, checklists, public pages, and related features.
The platform is designed to help organizations manage their people, programs, fundraising, volunteers, events, communication, files, and impact in one connected workspace.
3. Eligibility and Organization Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into an agreement to use More Good Together.
If an organization creates an account, that organization is responsible for its users, account settings, permissions, billing, uploaded data, public pages, communications, fundraising activity, and compliance with applicable laws.
Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access, roles, permissions, account security, and data stewardship.
4. Account Registration and Security
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may require email verification, password reset, multi-factor verification, or other security steps to protect accounts and the platform.
5. Permitted Use
You may use More Good Together only for lawful purposes and only in accordance with these Terms.
You agree to use the platform in a responsible manner and to comply with laws that apply to your organization, including privacy, fundraising, charitable solicitation, tax, marketing, email, SMS, accessibility, and data protection requirements.
6. Acceptable Use Rules
- Do not use More Good Together to send spam, deceptive, abusive, threatening, harassing, or unlawful communications.
- Do not upload malware, harmful code, illegal content, infringing content, or content that violates the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, infrastructure, data, or networks.
- Do not interfere with platform security, performance, availability, or integrity.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, organization, fundraising purpose, nonprofit status, or relationship with another person or organization.
- Do not collect or process personal information without appropriate permission, consent, or lawful basis.
7. Customer Data
Customer Data means the information, records, files, contacts, donor data, volunteer data, program data, campaign data, event data, messages, reports, and other content submitted to the platform by customers, users, or organizations.
Your organization owns its Customer Data. More Good Together does not claim ownership of Customer Data.
More Good Together uses Customer Data to provide, maintain, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve the platform, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy or a separate written agreement.
Your organization is responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, notices, and consent related to Customer Data.
8. Communications Sent Through the Platform
More Good Together may allow organizations to send emails, SMS messages, verification messages, receipts, reminders, campaign updates, event confirmations, volunteer updates, and other communications.
Organizations are responsible for ensuring that they have proper consent, permission, or legal basis to contact recipients.
Organizations are responsible for honoring unsubscribe requests, opt-outs, communication preferences, and applicable email, SMS, marketing, and privacy laws.
9. Public Pages, Forms, Donations, and Events
The platform may allow organizations to create public pages, donation pages, event pages, registration forms, volunteer forms, subscription forms, or other public-facing experiences.
Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of public content, donation descriptions, event information, tax statements, fundraising claims, program descriptions, and public representations.
More Good Together may remove or disable public pages, forms, or content that violates these Terms, creates risk, or may be unlawful.
10. Payments, Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing
Some features may require a paid subscription, usage credits, transaction fees, add-on fees, payment processing fees, or other charges.
Pricing, included features, usage limits, billing frequency, and payment terms may be shown on our website, in your account, in an order form, or in a written agreement.
You agree to pay all applicable fees for the plan, add-ons, credits, or services selected by your organization.
Subscription fees may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the applicable cancellation process.
SMS, email marketing, or other usage credits may be consumed based on messages sent, provider rules, account settings, or feature usage.
11. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or Paddle.
Payment processors may have their own terms, fees, privacy policies, underwriting requirements, risk reviews, and compliance rules.
More Good Together does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers unless explicitly stated.
Organizations are responsible for donation, fundraising, tax receipt, event payment, refund, dispute, and charitable solicitation obligations that apply to their activities.
12. Taxes, Receipts, and Fundraising Compliance
More Good Together may provide tools to assist with donation records, receipts, confirmations, and reports, but we do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or fundraising compliance advice.
Organizations are responsible for determining whether donations are tax-deductible, issuing required receipts, maintaining appropriate records, registering where required, and complying with applicable nonprofit regulations.
13. Third-Party Services and Integrations
More Good Together may use or integrate with third-party services for hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, SMS messaging, payment processing, analytics, storage, security, maps, support, and other platform functions.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. More Good Together is not responsible for third-party services that are not owned or controlled by us.
Current or planned third-party services may include Amazon Web Services, DigitalOcean, Postmark, Mailgun, Twilio, Stripe, and Paddle.
14. Intellectual Property
More Good Together owns the platform, software, website, design, user interface, branding, documentation, features, workflows, and related intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, rent, lease, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform except as permitted by these Terms or a written agreement.
Your organization retains ownership of its logos, uploaded files, content, and Customer Data.
15. Feedback
If you share ideas, suggestions, requests, or feedback, you agree that More Good Together may use that feedback to improve the platform without restriction or compensation.
16. Service Availability and Changes
We work to keep More Good Together available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
We may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features for operational, security, legal, business, or product reasons.
We may perform maintenance that affects access to the platform.
17. Data Export, Backup, and Retention
The platform may provide tools for data export, reporting, or backup depending on your plan and enabled features.
Organizations are responsible for keeping independent copies of important records when required by law, policy, grant requirements, accounting rules, or internal governance.
After cancellation or termination, data may be retained or deleted according to our Privacy Policy, data retention practices, or a written agreement.
18. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription according to the process made available in your account or agreement.
Access to paid features may end at the close of the billing period unless otherwise stated.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, create security risk, misuse the platform, or use the platform unlawfully.

More Good Together is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the platform will meet every requirement, be uninterrupted, be error-free, or produce any specific fundraising, operational, financial, compliance, or impact result.
More Good Together does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, fundraising compliance, or professional advice.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, More Good Together will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform.
Any liability will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service during the applicable period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold More Good Together harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your Customer Data, your communications, your fundraising activities, your public pages, or your violation of these Terms.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may notify users by email, account notice, or website update.
Continued use of More Good Together after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
